Transform your life, your perspective, and your relationships.

Ethics Statement
At Shay Clark Coaching, I am deeply committed to fostering a coaching space built on respect, honesty, and compassion. Whether you’re seeking support in your personal life, your relationships, or your connection as a couple or partnership, my role is to walk alongside you with integrity and care.
My ethical commitment includes the following principles:
1. Confidentiality and Trust
Your privacy is a top priority. All sessions and communications are held in strict confidence, with information only shared with your consent or when required by law. I aim to create a space where you feel safe to speak freely and be fully yourself.
2. Inclusive, Affirming Coaching for All Relationship Types
Love, connection, and growth take many forms. I honor and support all types of relationships—monogamous, non-monogamous, polyamorous, queer, blended, chosen families, and beyond. Everyone is welcome here, and every relationship deserves compassionate, nonjudgmental support.
3. Client-Led, Collaborative Process
You are the expert in your own life. My role is to support your clarity, growth, and alignment with your values—not to direct your choices. Coaching is a co-creative partnership rooted in deep listening, curiosity, and mutual respect.
4. Cultural Awareness and Non-Discrimination
This practice is committed to equity, inclusion, and anti-oppression. I work to continually examine my own biases and welcome clients of all identities, backgrounds, and lived experiences. No matter your race, gender, sexuality, culture, ability, or relationship style—you belong here.
5. Professional Integrity and Scope
I maintain clear boundaries in my coaching practice and only offer services within my training and expertise. If your needs would be better supported by a therapist, medical provider, or other professional, I will offer appropriate referrals.
6. Ongoing Learning and Accountability
Ethical practice is not static. I commit to ongoing education, reflection, and personal growth to ensure I show up with the presence and skill my clients deserve.
If you ever have questions, concerns, or feedback, I welcome open and honest communication.
